No problems experienced with QEEQ.COM. Booking, price and car was as promised.

Everything was fine but only one thing I am not happy with, which is you guys are scare people by your terms and conditions who are hiring first time. Car was absolutely fine, no issues however I was scared by your terms and didn't enjoy my holidays, it put me off and I didn't use car as much as I wanted for. Also, I made complaint but not satisfied with the answer. Another thing is I am still waiting for my nectar points. I had email without an attachment or instructions. If it was sorted by 28th then I would have able to take part in draw as well. This one was my first experience with Europecar but not great. Even response are not that quick either. I don't know if it would be resolved or not.

Customer service were no help when trying to find the place, spent over an hour driving around

Excellent value for money

I didn't get the car I booked as they had 'overbooked'. It took over an hour to collect due to slow processes and being understaffed for the amount of collections due. Limited choice of cars left as they had overbooked. They said they couldn't even given us a partial refund as we booked with a voucher through easycar. I won't be using Europcar again.

Like: The vehicle was great! It was just what we needed for 5 adults with luggage on a week exploring the UK.
Dislike: Picking the vehicle up seemed to take a very long time. Being a warm day, the other 3 adults came into the waiting room with their luggage and the lady doing our paperwork realised they were with us and said she had been going to give us a different (smaller) car but when she saw the others and their luggage, she gave us the car we had booked. I thought this was a little odd - there was a reason we had booked a large vehicle, but we were glad the others came in when they did so we didn't have to come back and do it all again! We had to drop the vehicle back after hours and had been told to drop the key in a certain place in the terminal, however the terminal had also closed and a security guard told us he was to take the key. We haven't heard anything back, so assume the key got back to the right people in the end.
