Excellent Experience - wish all car rentals (which I do about 3-4 times annually) were as good

車の状態はとても良かったです。 韓国　キア自動車の　スポーテージというsuv でした。安全、運転支援システムも装備されており もともと予約していた車よりも荷室や 後席の足元が広く使いやすかったと思います。

クレジットカード会社からロックがかかっていて 請求に対応できないという連絡が入りました。 英語表記のメールでしたし、不安でしたが LINEのサポートで相談すると日本語で対応や 返事がありました。返事がものすごく早くて 支払いや予約が間違いなく成立していることを証明 してくれて助かりました。ロイさんという方でした。

Acceptable

We initially scheduled to pick up the car at 8 AM the next day. We ended up exploring Launceston until around 4 PM and decided to see if we could get the car earlier. The staff were very welcoming and assisted us with car selection and offered suggestions. They helped us switch to a different car and updated our information. Excellent service.

There was a bit of a wait when renting the car, probably waiting for someone to return their car so it can be rented to us. Returning the car was very quick. Overall pretty good.

Like: Low mileage and the cleanliness
Dislike: Provide manual option
