Excellent Experience - wish all car rentals (which I do about 3-4 times annually) were as good

The staff were friendly and patient, and the process was very efficient.

As an SUV, the AWS is a bit small.

The rental process was very convenient. Just give them the order, driver's license, and translation, and it's handled quickly. When picking up the car, they directly tell you the location, and you can go there yourself—it's completely self-service. Returning the car is just handing over the keys, and no one checks the car. Very convenient.

Located right in the city center, but no one accompanied me for the car inspection, foreigners are really lazy.

The pick-up station was located conveniently within the Launceston Airport and the staff were very professional in helping me check out the car and in guiding me.
