The service efficiency at the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport location was a bit low. We had to switch to a bigger car which took two to three hours of back and forth. However, the service attitude was quite good overall, so it's not bad!
The car was upgraded to a new one, which had a smell. It came with a GPS system. Everything else was great. Didn't return the car with a full tank, but the fuel charge was reasonable. Very good experience.
When picking up the car, the staff told me that they didn’t have the C-class I reserved, but only the E-class, which would cost an additional 91 euros. I confirmed multiple times whether it was 91 euros per day or in total, and they assured me it was a total of 91 euros. However, when returning the car, I was charged over 300 euros because it was actually 91 euros per day. There was no place to dispute this, and I felt cheated! There will be no next time.
