Fantástico

Very satisfied, got an upgrade to an E-class.

It was average. The process took quite a long time, and at the end, they said the pickup time was 15 minutes early, requiring an extra day's charge (early pickup and return were not allowed). They persistently pushed insurance; you need to be firm in declining. The counter only handled key collection, with no staff accompanying you to the car, which means if there's an issue with the car, you have to walk back a long way to find them.

The Berlin train station branch is a bit hard to find, and there isn't a convenient gas station near the parking garage at Munich Airport for returning the car. Everything else was excellent. The car was in great condition. We booked a Passat but ended up with a nearly new (only 1000 kilometers driven) Mercedes C180 station wagon.

The company is pretty good; the car models are relatively new. The car I got had only run a little over 10,000 km and was in great condition.

Like: The price was excellent so was the service.
Dislike: Was very pleasantly surprised at the vehicle. Very fuel efficient clean and great staff.
