They won't give you the car even one minute before 7 AM, even though staff are already inside.

The deposit was withheld without explanation. I only realized it several hours later when I received a text message. When I asked about it while returning the car, they finally provided an explanation. The wait time was very long, it seems their business is too good.

I brought the required documents and prepaid the rental, but they refused to give me the car. This made my travel in Germany very inconvenient.

Very dissatisfied! Due to the dim lighting in the parking garage when returning the car, I took off my sunglasses and placed them in the center console storage! Then the car rental company said they couldn't find them! The rental platform said I would have to wait until the 9th for staff to handle it! Such a big company, but with such poor standards!
