Long wait time, dirty car smelling of smoke

waited over 30 minutes at the counter to collect car, then had to walk to a different terminal to collect the car. After a 8 and a half hour flight pretty annoying!! Then got to the car, it hadnt been cleaned inside and stunk of stale cigarettes!!! Not pleasant, and not happy

I would suggest that a separate counter be open for people that have already booked cars online and received the paperwork. (fast track) save the customer time and frustration after long flights. Quing for 40 - 50 mins then a further 20 mins at desk

“Wrong car, poor air condition, slipping transmission, not all that clean”

Car had 34,000 miles and was worn, tired and had only mediocre AC in the Florida environment. Transmission did not work well either.

And then I paid again, for the same car in the airport when I picked up the car 363,05 USD According to the Rental Voucher the total charges of the Rental Car is 460,47 Euro and the amount due at pick up is 0,00 EURO I want 363,05 USD back.
