I booked an automatic, but they initially gave me a manual. Might have been a mistake, but running back and forth in the parking lot late at night was not a good experience.
The pickup location was a nightmare to find with the directions on the confirmation. Had to call to find directions to bus.
Staff at Centauro desk were rude and too worried about saying goodbye to work mates to focus on customer service.
The lady at drop off was nice and helpful.
