Various scams. An Indian guy said I had to buy the insurance and refused to listen when I said no. He even refused to take a call from our Chinese coordinator! Eventually, he left the counter and hid. A woman came over to tell us our car was too small and suggested we upgrade to a bigger one. I said no, we need to resolve this issue. She replied, if you want to resolve it, find the guy from before because it's not my problem!

Dollar company is pretty good. The service is very good as well. However, the company is relatively small in scale.

Long bus ride to rental car pick up, and due to construction was hard to find the drop off. Car was not clean but was able to choose from a selection of car available. I just so happen to choose a not so clean car.

I was a bit concerned about the reservation because it was the first time I booked a rental using a 3rd party-EasyRentCars. Turned out everything about the rental from beginning to end was perfect!

I was a bit hesitant to book with EasyRentCars due to some bad comments I read on-line. My experience in the USA went very well. They even found a lower price than when I originally booked!

I was surprised to have a brand new 2019 car. Liked the car, but the front driver seat was a little cramped. For someone with shorter legs and smaller body frame the steering wheel is not too in the way, but for larger bodies and longer legs it is too cramped in space. I liked the gas mileage and how easily it fit in the small compact parking spaces.
