Я очень долго ждал оформления (почему? Ведь машина была предоплачена). И потом снова ждал на выдаче. Мне постоянно пытались продать дополнительные опции. В конечном итоге мне выдали машину с меньшим объемом багажника, чем я заказал.
Это был мой первый опыт с Thrifty, и мне не хотелось бы его повторить. У Thrifty высокий рейтинг, так что, возможно, мне просто не повезло.

We were upgraded to a Renault Kranjar automatic for no extra charge but there was a 50 euro extra charge for dropping the car off at Acuruna which wasn't flagged up when booking.
Like: Pick up desk right by carousel, staff efficient but did try to up sell their own insurance (wasn't happy that we had our own). Did manage to up sell a better car than booked and offer additional driver, but happy as it was a minimal fee. Car was great and very fuel efficient! Drop off was very easy. Dislike: Staff gave vague instructions as to where we could find car and said a colleague would be there to go over car for any previous damage. As it was late/dark took a while to find location and no one there/difficult to check condition of car.
