At the passenger pickup point in front of the terminal, a car arrives every 5 minutes. The driver was very enthusiastic and helped us load our luggage. It took 5 minutes to get to the rental place. There were three counters handling cars; the staff were very welcoming and finished the pickup procedures for us. They asked if we needed insurance. I presented the insurance I bought on QEEQ, which was the most comprehensive one. After checking it, they said it was fine and directed us to the backyard for the car pickup. In the yard, we showed our car pickup slip to the staff, who pointed to a range of cars and told us to choose any one in our rental category. We picked a newly washed car.

Check-in horrible. Agent acted like a con man and tried every sneaky trick and scare tactic in the rental car book. I will never rent from thrifty at tpa again due to this agents bs.

Was very expensive for the short time we had it is my only complaint

Like: total experience was fantastic
Dislike: car was a little bit dirty and did not matter but the windscreen on the inside was emery and hard to see at night we cleaned and all was good
