The receptionist at the front desk asked me to sign the document without saying much. I said I had already paid, so why do I need to pay again? They started speaking a lot of Mex-English. When I got back home, I realized the payment was unnecessary. Damn, this is not how you scam people!

The car rental place at Salt Lake City Airport is very easy to find, right within the airport. The rental procedure is very convenient and quite fast. After completing the rental process, you can go down one level to the car pickup area. Just find your car according to the designated number, the key is in the car, and you can drive off right away. They just didn't inform me that the car model was changed, but it might be a car of the same grade.

Vehicle needed an oil change before we drove off from airport. Pacifica drove nice, gas gauge never reads full, always one bar short of full and as you drive it changes from full to 7/8 tank.
