After paying, they gave me a piece of paper asking why there was a scratch. I wrote, 'I don't know why there's a scratch. I believe it was there when I rented the car.' The rental company staff questioned why I wrote that, and I said that's what I believe to be true. She told me in my face that she didn't need the paper and crumpled it up before throwing it in the trash. Additionally, I received a 5-seater Tiguan, which is not listed among the vehicle options provided. Please check if the Volkswagen Tiguan 5-seater falls within the type I rented, because I believe it is not in the same category as the BMW X5. I formally lodge a complaint with Zuzuche against this rental company. Please investigate.

Returned the car in a different city. The staff's English was poor at pickup and the process was slow, but the staff at drop-off was efficient.

Reserved for 9:00, arrived at 8:50, there was a customer ahead processing their rental, took quite a while, waited for over ten minutes. Finished at 9:12. If there are others picking up cars at the same time, expect to wait for some time.

Paid extra for booking a Ford fiesta but got a Vauxhall corsa which was cheaper to book. They didn't have the car I booked and downgraded me
