The final price was nearly double. Too many tricks when picking up the car: constantly trying to upsell you to a more expensive car.

We booked a famous Michelin restaurant in Positano, and if we didn't arrive on time, we would be fined 30 euros per person. We went to pick up the car at 9 am as scheduled, but were told there was no car and we'd have to wait until 11 am. When we went back at 11 am, there was still no car. The whole day passed without a car, and we missed our restaurant reservation. The store staff offered no solutions that wouldn't cost us, and when it was his lunch time, he just left. Our two-day rental was ruined the first day, and we were fined 210 euros by the restaurant. The next day, there was still no car! We immediately switched to a new company and things got better. We booked a two-day full insurance rental but haven't gotten any refund till now. The car we rented temporarily cost as much as our original two-day booking, and we were still fined by the restaurant. Really want to cry.

The service was excellent. We initially had two small cars, but due to a sudden health issue with one of us, they arranged a large Mercedes for us. Very impressive!

It's okay, got the car, but it's not the model I wanted.

The tire burst, and the car didn't have a spare tire. I had to sleep in the car for a night in Monaco. They gave me another car, and I had to pay 700 euros.
