They didn't have the Focus I wanted. At first, they gave me an MG4, which I declined. Then they offered a Jeep Avenger. I thought it was a sedan where I could hide luggage, but all the cars turned out to be hatchbacks. Thankfully, the trunk had a black cover so luggage inside wasn't visible from outside.

The Hertz location is quite large, clean, and well-lit. The process of picking up and returning the car is quick. Just be aware that Italian English has some accent and intonation quirks, so you might need a moment to understand, haha.

The queue time was a bit long, but not unexpected. After checking my driver's license, the staff noticed the address was too long to fit, so they just roughly shortened it. The overall experience was still good.

Pick up location is not the same as stated. It requires to take shuttle to get the car. The car is quite small and I can barely fit two large luggages.

Excellent with automatically rebook function for lower price.
