Waited in line for 1 hour, and during check-in, they said a lot of things I didn't understand. After returning the car, my credit card was charged another 96 dollars. I'm currently disputing it... Previously, with DoLe Rent a Car, they just checked my passport and driver's license and gave me the car. Even with the same budget, different platforms can vary so much.
I booked a Ford Edge or similar, but the rental company staff told me there were no such cars available and asked me to upgrade to a different model. However, when I got to the parking lot, I saw plenty of Ford Edges there!!!
Moreover, during the process at the front desk, the service person left abruptly, making me wait for around 20 minutes.
The entire experience was extremely poor!!

When we picked up the car on the 14th of August from Los Angeles Airport, the counter staff member called Bruce was absolutely terrible. It was probably one of the poorest customer services I have experienced in my life. He was rude, bullying and even tried to sell us extra insurance even though we had bought the full insurance package covering everything there is. He was mocking us and had an attitude as if he was supreme. I don't understand how can you have a person like that on the job. Never using Budget again for renting a car, if that is what the company wants to represent. I would appreciate if you would forward this feedback to his manager.
23 July 8 Pm.The driver of shuttle bus send me at LAX arrival terminal instead of departure terminal. He say that the traffic is too Jam. So I try to carry my 2 big baggages up to second floors to Departure gate by myself..(very far) . Don’t do this again
