When picking up the car, there was no staff to accompany me. I had to find the car myself, and no one explained how to use it. The staff told me that since I had full insurance, there was no need to inspect the car when picking it up. However, during the return, the staff conducted a thorough inspection and found a tiny spot under the front of the car, claiming it was caused by me. I really can't agree with that.

The service staff was extremely rude and unfriendly during the car return process. Highly recommend adding Chinese service.
