No me dieron un coche del segmento contratado (habia pedido un SUV y me dieron un compacto familiar); tampoco reclame otro vehiculo. La atencion en el mostrador fue muy buena. Pese a aportar el seguro del coche que choco con el nuestro cuando estaba aparcado tuve que abonar el coste estimado de la reparacion.

The front desk service was excellent, no upselling, and I got a Mercedes. Because I had a lot of luggage, the staff kept helping me find a car with a large trunk and finally provided a brand new CUPRA with just 15,800 km.

Even though I repeatedly confirmed that I booked an automatic car, I was still given a manual one. After several requests for a change, the staff said they were not familiar with cars, and that both the manual and automatic ones looked the same. Despite taking over a hundred photos and several videos, the same staff member who claimed unfamiliarity with the car quickly found a scratch on the bumper when I returned it, insisting I caused it. Since I didn't have photos from beneath the car, I couldn't provide evidence and had to accept it. I couldn't sleep the whole night out of frustration. Later, I checked Google Maps and found that someone else had the same issue after I picked up the car.

The rental service was acceptable, but the car provided by the Italian rental company was significantly different from what was promised. It had very limited space, and the driving and riding experience was poor. Additionally, I was forced to purchase extra insurance, spending several hundred euros unnecessarily. Though the amount isn't much, the forced purchase of unnecessary items is unacceptable. I will continue to use the rental service, but I won't rent cars from the Italian company in the future.
