Extremely dissatisfied. I reserved an automatic car which was quite expensive because I am not familiar with manual cars. Safety is the top priority when driving abroad, so I opted for the more costly rental. However, upon arrival at the rental company, I was informed there was no automatic car available, only manual. They asked if I wanted to purchase full insurance and assured me I could temporarily use the manual car and switch to an automatic by afternoon. Unwillingly, I agreed and bought their insurance due to safety concerns. When I returned in the afternoon, they deceived me again, saying no automatic cars were available until the next afternoon. Extremely frustrated, I called a translator to communicate, only to be met with indifference and told I could complain if I wanted. I requested a refund but was ignored. The issue was only resolved the following day when they finally gave me an automatic car. My entire trip plan was ruined due to these arrangements. After switching cars, they simply issued a new form without mentioning the previous manual car issue.

The platform did what I needed. But I emailed Qeek with a question about if I needed an International Driving Permit for Spain. They responded that I did, though the Govt website said I did not. Actually, I did not need an IDP.

The rental company sent a novice to assist us. He was not familiar with the process, his English was poor, and he kept aggressively pushing insurance, emphasizing that our insurance was from our home country, not theirs. He repeatedly warned us that any scratches would result in a €1700 fine. It was unbelievable and took nearly 4 hours to complete the rental, wasting half a day. I have no idea who will compensate for this loss. I will never use this company again.

Arrived at the rental company with no queue and still waited an hour to get the car. No one conducted a vehicle handover. This resulted in scratch marks upon return being blamed on me.

The service was very good. However, the return location was underground, and neither QEEQ nor the rental company mentioned this. I spent nearly an hour circling around Plaza de España and still couldn't find it. In the end, I had to park the car on the roadside and call their staff. They sent someone to pick me up, and that's how I finally found the place. But by then, I didn't have time to refuel the car, and I was fined 18 euros. The rental company staff also admitted that their return location is very hard to find, with only a small sign at the entrance of the underground parking. Moreover, there used to be two entrances, but now only one is open. They expressed their helplessness about the situation as well. You definitely can't find it just by using GPS. While I was handling the return procedures, several people called to ask how to get there.
