The store staff are mostly Indian, and their attitude towards Chinese people isn't very good. The car is an older model RAV4, not the 2019 version, and its condition is poor, making it hard to drive.
Airport pickup and drop-off are very convenient. All the staff are friendly. Returning the car only involves checking the fuel gauge, no excessive procedures. Although the vehicle has over 90,000 kilometers, it is well-maintained and looks relatively new.
All good. The vehicle showed some basic wear and tear . The brakes felt as though they needed tightening but were OK. Needed a lot of depression on the brake pedal. I’ve been used to cars with much more sensitive brakes.
Like: Good location. Dislike: Difficult to add a second driver after rental had started. We would have had to go back to the location to show the licence in person. Would be much easier to send in a photo or scan.
