when I arrived the airport, the first lady who picked up my call was not too helpful. However the lady who help with car-pick up was excellent and super friendly. I had a fairly wait to be drop off back to the airport after car return, could be lunch time short staff.

The exterior and interior car was dirty. Lots of rubbishes left from previous customers. Apex should provide a cleaner car condition.

The platform is easy to use. I suggest to collaborate with the local car lender to provide the insurance services. This, the claiming process is quite long if it is now provided by the third party.

All good. The vehicle showed some basic wear and tear . The brakes felt as though they needed tightening but were OK. Needed a lot of depression on the brake pedal. I’ve been used to cars with much more sensitive brakes.

Handed an ancient model of the vehicle - despite a new model being shown when I booked. Refused to take the car as it wouldn’t fit our luggage and was a Wreck but apex demanded more money. Had to argue with staff for half hour who were extremely rude. I will make it my objective to tell as many people as possible about this joke of a company
