Fulda is indeed a small place, and the service efficiency at the rental point was too low. When I arrived, they kept saying that the car hadn't arrived yet. I waited for an hour and finally got an upgrade to a different car group, which was not the model I wanted.
Overall service was okay, but there was a tire burst and had to exchange the car. The roadside assistance was very slow, and a model worth thousands was taken by the staff from the car. It wasn't placed in lost and found even though it was just a few hours. Sigh.
easy to find the car and easy to drop off, must enter one at the time so it takes a bit to serve each customer but that is perfectly fine during corona times
Onewayfee was higher than on my booking. A climate fee was added why?!?
