The service at different branches of this company varies. This time, they didn't force me to buy full insurance, and the service was quite good. Both pickup and drop-off were quick. I was only renting for half a day, just driving from Las Vegas Airport to Los Angeles Airport, and the full insurance was more expensive than the rental itself.
