The staff was very friendly and even gave me a ride to the train station after returning the car.

Overall, it was pretty good. Although the staff at the front desk didn't speak good English and tried to upsell me to a higher-end model, it's understandable. It was just a sentence or two, and when I declined, they didn't press further. Besides that, everything else was fine. Hmm, the location was hard to find also.

The queue for pick up was almost 1hr!!! Your company offers great value but if this were to be replicated I would book again

What an incredibly wonderful experience! When we arrived to pick up the car, the lady at the counter realized that the car that we had booked was much too small for the four of us plus luggage. She was extremely nice and helpful in finding a solution for us which she did and in less than 20 minutes, we had an amazing car and were on our way. I was impressed by the level of service and of the friendliness and efficiency of the lady at the counter who took care of me. Because of her, I am now a lifetime customer of Europcar!
