Car was bit under power I felt. It was Vauxhall Mokka. I had booked Astra but got bigger Mokka. Space is better in Mokka but power is less - it didn't pickup on 2nd gear, I had to come to 1st gear always. Otherwise good experience.

Terrible service on the way in. It took 2 hours to get the car as they seemed to have been surprised by the number of clients around a bank holiday. Not all the desks were in operation and their processes and systems seemed broken. We have done similar check ins in less than 5 mins before and generally in the 5-15mins range.

Everything went good. They gave me a bigger car than I booked. Ok the pick up, little less the drop off: the office is not 24h open, so I had to leave the keys into a drawer outside the office
