I would suggest that a separate counter be open for people that have already booked cars online and received the paperwork. (fast track) save the customer time and frustration after long flights. Quing for 40 - 50 mins then a further 20 mins at desk

waited over 30 minutes at the counter to collect car, then had to walk to a different terminal to collect the car. After a 8 and a half hour flight pretty annoying!! Then got to the car, it hadnt been cleaned inside and stunk of stale cigarettes!!! Not pleasant, and not happy

Great counter staff, very helpful - car could have been cleaner, but otherwise, everything was fantastic.

Booking process was good, did not have a Price drop opportunity!.
