Excellent service

I had already paid the fine for illegal parking and showed them the receipt, but they charged me again. It has been almost 2 years and I still haven't received a refund. It's really frustrating.

I encountered a female staff at the counter, her attitude was very bad, she seemed to be Mexican. But another African American guy had a good attitude. The customer service staff in the lobby are generally good.
