This is my second time renting from Italy Car Rent. The process is straightforward and convenient. Although the pre-authorization deposit is relatively high, as long as the car is returned without damage, there are no issues.
The overall service was quite good. They were very thorough in verifying the order. But I recommend buying full insurance at the counter. Otherwise, according to many Google reviews, the return process can be troublesome if you don't. I bought full insurance, so I didn't encounter any problems.
Diagram of the damages of the car was not updated and the level of the fuel was not OK. During the drop-off they found new damage on the front bumper but when we show them pictures from pick up they gave up and no further action was taken.
