The overall service was quick and efficient, typical American style. No dragging, great job!

Long queue

The line was very long, took almost three hours. When it was our turn, there were no cars available, waited for another hour. No place for family to wait, sat outside, child had a fever, told them but it was no use. Waiting outside worsened the illness, later spent over a thousand dollars for medical treatment. The front desk clerk was watching movies the whole time, worst customer service I've experienced in the US. After finally getting a car, a fault light came on after 20 minutes, had to go back to exchange it, reached the hotel at dawn. Is this really the second largest car rental company in the US? More like the second to last.

After coming out of the airport, we waited for a long time and only saw shuttles from other rental companies passing by. AVIS, which claims to be a big company, was really disappointing.

The car was not full of petrol. So we ended up putting in more petrol than necessary.
