I had lost days on my trip, had to cover additional hotel costs. lost a meeting which i had to reschedule for September. lost days on my bookings that i paid for. How was i to drive in the rain with no windshield wipers. Was emailed a credit and no credit passed

On your booking the amount given i was charged a little more, this could have been due to exchange rate at the time. Was quoted around R26000 and billed R28000 when collected the vehicle was charged an additional R10000.

The company is big, the airport branch is huge, and the parking areas are clearly marked and quite organized. However, the staff didn't provide much explanation, which caused me to spend a lot of money.

Platform is good, customer service access is reachable and they try to help, however still waiting on feedback for my refund on my last booking, i have been charged extra 10% but no actual reason why from Budget and reached out to Qeeq team and still waiting on feedback
