Not bad, quite satisfactory. However, the actual car provided was a Korean one, and the right front tire was heavily worn, which made me a bit worried on the road. Fortunately, everything was fine in the end.
Did not buy insurance, reception was not happy, the reserved car was not available, switched from Edge to Murano, and charged an extra $121. Not sure what the charge was for. After multiple calls, nothing was resolved. Will stick with big companies in the future. Regardless of the English text on the online order, it doesn't matter. They simply don't acknowledge it.
Great service. Initially booked a Ford Edge, but they didn't have one, so they offered a Chevy Tahoe, which was also unavailable. Finally got a Grand Cherokee. Budget is quite reliable, and I've always rented from them when traveling in the US.
