Very satisfied, the service was excellent!

Couldn't reach the rental company by phone, and the insurance line didn't work either

When picking up the car, an elderly gentleman who attended to me charged me $426 (by card) for the rental. However, I was later overcharged an additional $806.64 (by card). I pointed out the overcharge of $806.64 at the time and requested a cancellation of this portion of the pre-authorization, but the extra charge has not yet been canceled. I hope your company can help negotiate this. The return process was exceptionally simple; the staff was efficient and provided good service. I will rent a car again next time.

Car did not have a drop of windshield washer fluid in it.

J’ai rendu le véhicule avec 1/4 de plein soient 12l d’essence et on m’a facturé 105 euros pour 30l alors que l’essence dans l’etat De NY est à moins d’un dollar le litre!! C’est du vol et il n’y a pas de station essence aux alentours !! J’ai fait au moins 20km pour trouver des pompes fermées à 18h!! Honteux , du vol!
