the vehicle given to us wasn't the vehicle scheduled.
We were supposed to get a Mitsubishi Mirage but it wasn't on the lot. Instead we were rented a large Toyota SUV which sucked way too much fuel. The next day we returned to the rental lot and were given a choice of mostly SUV vehicles. We opted for a Hyundai Kona which actually was a decent, comfortable ride.

2 hour line to check in. Could have gone and rented another car for close to the amount. Your customer service offered nothing but excuses and "whatever".
Fox gave us a car with 35,000 miles on the original tires. After driving many miles, we discovered a large bubble on a tire sidewall. the bubble makes the tire likely to blow out soon, unsafe to drive. Fox sent us to a tire shop but wouldn’t pay for the new tire. So we bought the new tire.
The staff waiting on us was great - no high pressure to upgrade or add on additional insurance. The vehicle itself was not the best - a Kia Sportage - with 60,000. The outside was pretty banged up. I’m not sure how many miles they’re kept in service - but I’m pretty sure the resale value on that one was not good.
