Great service at a busy airport.

I booked a Peugeot 208 or similar and received a Skoda Fabia + A very short walk and easy access to rental station at Verona Airport. + At the counter service was smooth. + Third party insurance was accepted without further questions. + The final invoice was received very quickly - The staff did not present or check the car during pick-up or drop-off. - The fuel policy was full-to-full but tank was 7/8 at pick-up. - The car made vibration when driving over 80kph

Waited a long time because car provided had parcel shelf missing and needed it to hide luggage so had to organise a different car. Happy in the end though

Car was fairly new, but had some damage, and a few damaged panels had to be pointed out to staff. Car also had no water in the screen washer reservoir. Staff were great and helpful. No issues whatsoever.

I was a bit sceptical about hiring a car in Italy as this was my first time to Italy but nothing could have went more smoother than this experience. No hidden extras or nasty surprises to our bill when we got back home so could not be happier, the car was nearly brand new and a joy to drive.......Thank You

I was charged 36€ extra for no reason I am yet to discover, impossible to get them on the phone and rectify the problem
