There was a bit of a cue at the counter, but the people at enterprise worked their way through them pretty quickly.
The car pick up was smooth and quick, we could pick our rental ourselves, as long as we stayed within our category of car booked.
Return was also very quick, lots of people checking in the cars from enterprise, so it was fast, even though many checked in.

It was really simple and self explaining, creating no issues with enterprise. And no assistance was required.
Like: We usually drive to Bar Harbor, but decided to fly to Bangor and rent a car to visit Acadia. Everything thing on the trip was flawless. The pick up and drop off was a bit limited by Enterprise as they have 1 van and are off site, but they made up with SERVICE. The price was right, the weather was great. Very good trip. Dislike: Not much
