Fairly convenient, but there are too few locations. Previously rented a Mustang, but later had to switch to a Dodge because there wasn't enough room for luggage. Had to go to the airport for the switch, which was a bit inconvenient.
Like: No surprises...got exactly what I reserved and for the price promised Dislike: The upsell....would of loved to upgrade to a higher class however upgrade pricing were very far fetched....cost more to upgrade 1 class than the total cost of my 2 week rental!
