The service was generally fine, but the procedures were overly rigid, making some steps unnecessarily cumbersome. For instance, they required seeing the original Chinese driving license and the credit card must have the owner's name. The most unbelievable part was that they switched our car at the last moment because the boss suddenly needed it.

Car was upgraded from a Corolla to an X-Trail. When I picked up the car it was raining and I didn't notice extra damage in the rear that wasn't listed on the form at the time of pickup. I took a photo of the damage straight away when I arrived at the motel and then drove back to Thrifty the next day to inform them, I was told to send the photo to an e-mail that keeps bouncing back to me. Haven't heard anything.
