vehicle was not provided, need to take lower category, on top for expebsive insurance, insteqd of 413eur, they blocked 513eur, because of spending about 2 hours to solve the situation and with small kids I had no choice to accept thia situation..

It's the standard process for European car rental companies. The car I booked was not available, and the staff tried to suggest an upgrade. I declined, so they gave me a similar model!
The staff service was great, but for some reason, when we arrived at the store, they told us they didn't have the model we reserved and had to get it from another branch. As a result, we waited for an hour and a half.
