1. Reserved a Mercedes A-Class but got a Ford instead.
2. On-site, they pushed various insurance products.
3. The return location is extremely hidden and very hard to find. I drove around the airport 6 times!
4. When I had issues at the return location, I called the company, but nobody answered.
I have waited 45 minutes at the desk to talk with the employee.
I have paid at the desk around 500 euros for all risks insurance (theft not included), which is very expensive.
Insurance should be around 10 or 20% of the rental rate value not more..
I had no options so I paid it but am unhappy and won’t rent there again.

1.Pneumatic tyre warning lit on console - when queried told it was normal due to the heat. Sorry it's there for a reason it should have been reset.
2. Windscreen wash bottle empty - should be a routine check.
