About Europcar: 8.2 /10

Like: I would like to compliment the staff from eurovars at pick up for efficient service. And most importantly Tar from the amari eurocar service for going the extra mile to aid me in refuelling the car. He is professional and has good ethics.
Dislike: The drive to amari to drop off was very long as the roads outside dmk airport is quite confusing. Thus missing gas stations for top up.

Car pick up was smooth. Car condition was good. Car performance was not good. Air conditioning was not working properly. Car pickup was low . On hilly upslope roads car had no energy .

My flight landed about 11.15pm, manage to get the car by 11.45pm. Good service provided, car in good condition and clean. We return the car at town, but stuck in heavy traffic. Reached the center about 10 minutes late but the staff still Waiting for me without charged. I’m appreciate it so much. Thank you so much. Definitely Will back to eurocar again!

Arguments with staff regarding basic or super protection very annoying. I’m not sure whether she notice or just trying upsell the super protection insurance. I’m insist to buy because i already buy the super protection through site and cover by AXA insurance. That’s clear enough!
