I don't speak English, and the rental staff didn't explain things clearly. For example: 1. Charging extra for picking up the car early (I could have waited, I just arrived early). 2. The gas tank wasn't full, and I don't know how they calculate charges. 3. The car I booked wasn't available, and they asked for an extra $100. This should be the rental company’s responsibility, why should I pay more? If a hotel doesn't have the room type I booked, wouldn't they upgrade me for free?
I ordered the large SUV and was charged an additional $753 for what they termed "extra large" because I needed the Suburban model which I always thought is same size and class as the Yukon model
Not happy at all to be honest as all the years I have been going to florida there has never been this additional charge

There was no vehicle available for me even though I booked 2 days prior. I had to get a ride to another location. This took a lot of time and the new location added to my overall journey time. I was about 90 minutes later than I expected at my final destination.
Like: The drop off in Fort Lauderdale was the speediest I've ever seen.
