Terrible experience

I was at the Right Car counter, and I signed the contract. And soon after the representative took it back and tore it saying he was cancelling the reservation. I was asked to show my insurance which I did and he claimed the liability was not enough. I have attached a copy of my insurance and as you can see it has 100/300/100 limit, so I was trying to find out where is my insurance lacking the coverage and asking for an explanation. At no point did I ever refuse their insurance. And in fact even agreed to purchase it. The representative just decided to cancel the reservation with no value reason and ask me to leave. I had prepaid the entire amount of reservation and was told I would get no refund. I see no fault of mine in this and the least I deserve is my money back. Not to mention this caused me a lot of inconvenience, wasted my time, and I had to end up looking for another car rental which costs me a lot money. I had never ever experienced such terrible car rental experience in my life before.

This has been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had! The guy at the counter was so rude and aggressive, he tried to force me to add their insurance when I had insurance from EasyRentCars already! I then refused the car! Zero out of 5

Right Cars counter was no help, first they tell you mandatory insurance or no car rental , they hit you with two types of insurance totaling over $29. they do not take your black car CC insurance. ( RIP OFF), second car was suppose to be a Full size looked more like compact, and dirty , seats were all stained, car inside was dirty. third deposit was suppose to be returned same day, now they tell me when i return car it would take up to 7 days. Customer service was horrible. will never rent from them again i will stick with dollar,hertz,national, budget. never again

The counter staff service were very rude . They insisted that I have to show the coverage limit of my insurance . Even I called my insurance to show my coverage to $300.000 for injury and $100.000 for property damage still was not accepted from the staff service . I was forced to pay $10 extra for additional insurance . Also I Ordered Hyundai Sonata and I got a Nissan Versa with 36.000 mileage with body damage and a lot of problem in driving .
