The service of the counter staff on pickup was terrible! Very rude, impatient and acted as if I was an annoyance to his day rather than a valued customer - not a great start to the holiday! It's unfortunate as it is the closest car hire place to where I live so would like the option to use it again.

Very easy process and by far the cheapest car hire I could see online.

“Very good from easy rent cars but horrible from Europecar”

They gave me a very bad car and for 4 days i kept trying to change and they refused untill the car broke down on me and my family and they ruined my 2 weeks vacation, and they said u took it from a third party site, i will never rent from them again, specially sheffield ranch and its manager mr. Michael, special thanks to mr. Martin for the kind assistance

“An unexpected mistake on pick-up”
About Europcar: 8.8 /10
Like: Friendly and efficient staff; vehicle in good condition and excellent service on dropping off.
Dislike: I had ordered an automatic transmission vehicle but a manual transmission vehicle was allotted to me at pick-up. I came to know this until I got on the vehicle to check. It spent me another 30 minutes to wait for the change of vehicle and felt frustrated. I hope that Europcar would check the order carefully and the same thing would not happen to other customers again.
