We were given a car that hadn’t been properly checked and had illegal tyres and a slow puncture which led to very dangerous driving.

“Happy with EasyRentCars, not happy with Europcar.”

I returned the car and when I received the returns statement Europcar stated that the luggage cover was missing. However, the car is never came with a luggage cover. Not happy at all.

Good customer service and smooth booking. I contacted online chat to discuss the false claim of not returning the car with the luggage cover. Customer service assistant was very helpful and will contact Europcar to ask for the final invoice.
