“Except for 1 needed in line for pick up everything else was AWESOME, First Class!!”

Like: Car was clean, great mpg (26mpg), everything worked (even in torrential downpours).. return was quick and easy! Would definitely rent here again!
Dislike: Even though car was completely pre-paid it seemed excessively long to get all documentation ready.. long wait in line and then long paper process- over an hour in all!!

“The fastest rent in my life (seriosly)”

Like: This was the fastest car rent in my life. Everything was so easy and fast. The assistant showed really nice and professional so the whole experience was very pleasant. After a long flight, specially with jet lag, it is a nightmare when you have to deal with tons of "offers", "promotions" and "upgrades". For once, it was a bless having the car I chose when making the reservation. Not worse. Not better. Just right :-)
