Like: Completly satisfied with the booking I made with easyrentcars. The car has been upgraded to a bigger car. The staffs are nice and friendly. Highly recommended.
The pick-up and drop-off process was very convenient, but the staff at the store had a poor attitude. They were very enthusiastic at first, but their attitude changed immediately after I declined their upgrade sales pitch.
Very smooth process. After landing in London, there was a shuttle to take us to the rental location. We received a brand new car, absolutely fantastic. The car was great. Highly recommended.
Overall, the experience has been okay so far. The service is still ongoing and I will update my review once it is completed.
