Pick-up and drop-off services were very professional.

Was given a free upgrade to an SUV instead and pleasantly surprised at the quality and cleanliness of the car.

Got back to me immediately and helped me solved the issue of discrepant particulars online

We waited a little while for the staff who appeared extremely disorganised to work through the queue of people. We were provided information over the phone which was then contradicted by counterstaff. The pick up of the car was relatively easy from there apart from having to navigate down several empty floors of a multi storey car park to get out! However drop off was terrible (afterhours) - couldn't get into the car park to leave the car and the courtesy bus promised to the airport was not available and we had to use Uber!!

Pick up was smooth... but only one staff there at the counter when drop off serving many customers... well, it was a Sunday morning, but still, there should be 2 more staffs working... The wait was too long and i had to attend an event so the staff told me to just leave the car key and go...

They are not in business, They look like don’t want to give you the car.
