Pickup was easy, but drop-off was hard to find because of unclear instructions for returning the car to a different location.

The service was great, especially during the car return process. They really helped us a lot; otherwise, we would have probably missed our flight.

No need to queue, staff were friendly, and the parking lot was clearly marked.

There is no Chinese service. Possibly due to the high demand for rentals during the New Year, the attitude of a few foreigners was terrible; they showed no expression and were very impatient when explaining issues. The car model I booked was unavailable, and I was given a very small car with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.

Brand new car and very easy pick up and drop off process.
