Good experience

I arrived at the store at the agreed time and was informed that the reserved model was unavailable. I needed to wait one to two hours for the car to be delivered. I had only booked the car for one day, from 10:00 AM, and waiting two hours would waste the entire day. After negotiating with the store and coordinating with the rental platform, I was eventually given a Mazda SUV. I finally got the car at 11:00 AM. Really unreliable!

Forced me to add unnecessary insurance

There was minimal communication. We had to run between the 2nd and 3rd floors twice to get the car. They also didn't clearly explain whether we needed to take a shuttle bus when returning the car.

It was just okay, everything was average. The car's condition was alright, but the exterior had too many dents and scratches. I had to mark all the damaged parts during pickup. It was hard to find a gas station near the return location. After returning the car, they charged nearly thirty dollars, but it wasn't clear for what reason. I suggest the rental platform improve their service by clearly stating the charges. If not clearly stated, consumers won't understand the reason for the charges and can't judge their reasonableness.

They acknowledged the rate of the contract, but did not accept the insurance coverage that you were offering. However my credit card and private vehicle insurance covered me.
