The stuff did everything they could to sell me the full insurance. The only way to not getting full insurance was blocking 2.600€ of my card!!!!!

I had to purchase insurance because the deposit was too high (over 3000€)...so I paid double the price of the rent :/

Price droped, I saved 17€

The car didn't have much power

It is difficult to drive in Madeira and GPS isn't very accurate.

El personal super atento, el vehiculo estaba en perfectas condiciones, no tenian el modelo reservado pero nos dieron uno superior por el mismo precio. La recogida tardo un poco más porque justo acababan de abrir el mostrador y había cola, pero la devolución fue instantánea, sin problemas, todo facilidades. Para repetir.

Very happy with the whole process

As this car was the least expensive of all available on the site so we didnt expect much. Car was not very clean inside and was scratched with numerous small dents. It ran and drove well without any issues so it was good value if you can tolerate slow service and a less than pristine vehicle.

QEEG was fine

The car was perfect, how ever I scratched one rim trying to avoid an accident and I was charged 260 euros at the checkout. This is the price of 2 new rims and they are making money when they see that you don't take their insurance.

Lisbon location is a scam. When dropping off the car, they charge us for a microscopic spot on the edge of the door which was already there when we rented it out. It wasn't even visible, other clients agreed with us that it wasn't visible but the attendant told us it was our fault and charged us. Either we pay that amount or they will charge us more. Luckily we had the insurance from QEEQ but also from our credit card so we managed to get it back. But be very careful when renting from this location. I had rented from the Pisa location and all good.

The car rental company is average overall, with few staff and slow service. It's a good choice if you want to save money.

The order stated full-to-full fuel policy, but the car was given with an empty tank! Furthermore, the car's condition was poor with scratches and dents all over.

The company is not at the airport, it's hard to find, and you have to wait for the person renting the car. The deposit is very high.

The car was clean but the fuel tank wasn't full. The car company argued that it was same to same when the booking document clearly mentioned that it is full to full. The staff at drop-off was quite helpful

This is the second time we have rented through Surprice Rent A Car and we really like their friendly staff and ease of pick up and drop off. It's very stress free. We will use them again.

Low cost rental so didnt expect a pristine vehicle. Bit dented up but ran well and was ok on the highway. Good value.
