At San Francisco Airport, we noticed the tire warning light was on. The company immediately replaced it with a Chrysler. The service was excellent.

They provided a brand new car with only 2 miles on it. The service was attentive. They were lenient with the fuel level upon return.

The pick-up and drop-off process was very convenient, and the car was in good condition.

This time we got a free upgrade. Originally we booked an economy car, but we ended up choosing from mid-range options like Camry and Chrysler. We went with the Chrysler 200, which was very comfortable with a large trunk.

Very convenient. You can take the rental company's shuttle directly from the airport and arrive in just a few minutes. At the rental company, you can complete the rental process on a machine without needing to go to the counter. Both picking up and dropping off the car are very convenient.

The process was convenient and fast, and the car was in good condition. However, as a first-time renter, I was persuaded to pay extra for a vehicle upgrade, which was completely unnecessary since there was no significant difference between the original model and the upgraded one.

I booked a Cherokee, but they didn't have one available and refused to upgrade. After insisting, they finally gave me a low-end model that wasn't four-wheel drive.

At Los Angeles Airport, you need to take the Alamo shuttle bus, which takes about ten minutes. The process went smoothly, although immigration took a bit longer. The car rental procedure was easy and you could choose from cars in the same category. Luckily, after some deliberation, we chose a GMC SUV instead of the originally booked Grand Cherokee. Returning the car in Salt Lake City was super convenient. Follow the Rental Car Return signs at the airport, park the car, and an employee will scan the vehicle with a handheld device, and that's it!

Overall good, but the counter staff were unfriendly and tried to upsell insurance.

The airport shuttle is very convenient. Pick up the car in Los Angeles and return it in Las Vegas. All at the airport shuttle. Returning the car took less than a minute. Very convenient.
