No dedicated store

Great company

We arrived at the domestic terminal and saw a lot of car rental companies outside, but no Yeaway, haha. We had to walk a big circle to the international terminal. In the end, we spent a lot of time because we didn't have an international credit card, so we had to cancel the car and rent from another company nearby at a similar price, which didn't require an international credit card and took a deposit of 3000 Thai Baht. We will never rent a car in advance again; renting on the spot is so convenient. The prices are similar. Besides, the website is terrible, only the customer service is worth praising!

They promised a new car, but I got one with 23,000 kilometers on it and visible collision damage. The rear bumper was almost falling off, and there were mold stains on the interior roof. It was a very bad experience, possibly the worst I've had with a rental car. The condition was worse than those in my own country. Very disappointing. See photos.

Extremely satisfied. At around 3:00-4:00 AM, the staff proactively contacted me. We waited for our luggage for almost half an hour, and they waited there too with a very good attitude! When returning the car, it was busy, but the staff's attitude was still very good and they even drove us to the hotel. The service was impeccable and I am very satisfied! There's a pickup point in the parking lot

The store is several kilometers away from the airport, but this is not a problem as a Chinese-speaking staff member picks you up. The store is clean and tidy.

Terrible experience! The car was not delivered on time as scheduled, and we had to wait for nearly an hour with our 8-month-old baby. The staff's broken Chinese was not the service we needed. When we finally got the car, the pre-booked baby seat wasn't installed, and it took a long time to get it set up. Additionally, the rental deposit we were asked to pay has still not been refunded after more than two months!
